Clients can purchase individual services or choose a complete package from our Services Page based on their needs.

3. Payment and Pricing

You must pay the agreed amount for our services.
Payments must be made on time as per the invoice details.
A deposit (advance payment) may be required before starting a project.
If you do not make payments on time, we may stop working on your project.
Any additional work beyond the agreed scope may require extra charges.

4. Project Timelines

We will provide estimated timeframes for project completion.
Delays may happen due to unforeseen issues, changes requested by you, or delays in receiving necessary information from you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or situations beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete your project successfully, we need your cooperation:

Provide all necessary information and content on time.
Review and approve work within the agreed timeframes.
Inform us of any changes as soon as possible (extra charges may apply).

6. Revisions and Changes

We allow a certain number of free revisions as agreed in the project contract.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged.
Major changes after project approval may require extra payment.

7. Ownership and Copyright

After full payment, you own the final website and design files.
We may showcase the completed project in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not want this, inform us in writing before or at the time of agreement.
Licenses for third-party tools, fonts, or images may need to be purchased separately.

Note: It is mandatory for all websites designed and developed by us to include "Designed and Developed by Devigns" in the footer.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel a project before work starts for a full refund.
If work has started, refunds will be partial based on the work completed.
No refunds will be given after final delivery.
If we cancel the project, a fair refund will be provided.

9. Confidentiality

We will keep your project details and sensitive information private.
You should also keep any confidential discussions with us private.

10. Liability and Warranty

We are not responsible for losses caused by errors, delays, or system failures.
Minor bugs may arise due to evolving technologies; we'll assist with fixes during the maintenance period.
We are not responsible for third-party issues affecting the project.

11. Termination of Services

If you do not pay on time.
If you violate these terms.
If you engage in illegal or unethical behavior.

12. Dispute Resolution

We will try to resolve disputes through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, legal action will follow Indian law unless both agree otherwise.
Legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Mumbai, India.

13. Future Updates and Maintenance

If third parties make changes, we're not responsible for arising issues.
